Let’s Have some WINTER FUN

What a wonderful theme for this months Pixel Scrapper Blog Train, Winter Fun. Living in Central Florida we don’t have much of a change for winter, but I remember all the fun, wintery things we would do in the snow when I was a kid in Michigan. For my portion I tried to represent the activities that I loved, and I had a great time making the elements.

I am saying good-bye to two of my favorite digital scrapbook communities. As of Dec 31, Gotta Pixel and Scrap Orchard have both closed their “doors”.

Gotta Pixel was one of my first online scrapbooking homes and it is very sad to see it go. They had some amazing designers and luckily most have found new homes.

Scrap Orchard had become the new home to one of my favorite designers when Scrapbook-Bytes closed back in 2015. I am happy to see that she has again found a new home.

*Knock on wood* At least my other 2 favorite spots, Pixel Scrapper and GingerScraps,are still going strong. And now I will be checking out the new homes that a few designers have found.

It is Blog Train time again :)

This month the Pixel Scrapper Blog Train theme is Yesteryear, and the talented ladies have created some really gorgeous things. I was excited to work on my addition to the blog train.

This kit was originally designed several years ago to honor my mother and grandmother, but as my first kit ever, I was new to designing and made many mistakes.  So I cleaned it up and added some new parts. I hope you enjoy.
